FIXTIPS provides a subscription service to you, subject to these Terms of Service ("TOS"), which may be updated periodically without notice. Any tips submitted or entered into the FIXTIPS website, database or forums, become the property of FIXTIPS. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the FIXTIPS website or database.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
Paid subscriptions are available on a term-based fee. Paid subscriptions are non-transferable and non-refundable. Accessing any password restricted areas on the FIXTIPS server or website by individuals who do not have proper authority is strictly prohibited. Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent of the law.
